Itinerary
MEALS: DINNER ONLY
Upon arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Leh is located at an altitude of approximately 11,500 feet (3,500 metres). Due to the high altitude, complete rest on the first day is highly recommended to allow your body to acclimatise. Check in to the hotel and relax. In the evening (only if you feel comfortable), take a short walk around the local Leh Market.

After breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour covering the famous attractions of Leh. Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Sangam, Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace Visit the 17th-century royal palace overlooking Leh city. Shey Palace, Rancho School (Druk Padma Karpo School) Popularly known as the "3 Idiots School." Sindhu Ghat A peaceful riverside location on the banks of the Indus River.Return to Leh in the evening.Explore Leh Market for shopping. Then back to hotel and have dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

After an early breakfast, begin your drive towards Nubra Valley. The road gradually climbs towards Khardung La, one of the world's most famous high mountain passes. Khardung La Pass Stop at the pass for photographs and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Continue towards Nubra Valley, a beautiful cold-desert region surrounded by rugged Himalayan mountains. Diskit Monastery Visit Diskit Monastery, the largest and one of the most important monasteries in Nubra Valley. The giant Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley is one of Nubra's major attractions. Hunder Sand Dunes Continue to Hunder, famous for its dramatic sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels. You can enjoy a camel ride at Hunder at your own cost, subject to availability and local operating conditions. Check into your hotel/camp and relax.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before beginning your return journey to Leh. Drive through the spectacular mountain landscape and cross Khardung La once again. Depending on road conditions, you can stop at scenic viewpoints along the route for photographs. Arrive in Leh by afternoon/evening and check into your hotel.

- Buying Ladakhi handicrafts and souvenirs
- Relaxing at the hotel.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

- Stay For 04 Nights on Double Occupancy (04 Adults + 00 Children Sharing 02 Room).
- Cab (SUV) according to the itinerary (A/C will be turned off in hills).
- NGT Terms will apply for all vehicles.
- All applicable taxes.
EXCLUSONS:
- 5 % GST.
- Meals other than specified in ‘Inclusions’
- Charges for early check-in & late check-out
- Extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
- Airfare and Train ticket
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Anything else not listed in above details.
- Adventure Activities - Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
- Personal Expenses - Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
- The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel.

- All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
- Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
- The packages offered by Himalayan Bhraman can be customized according to guest’s wish.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
- Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token/Advanced amount is non-refundable in any cases.
- 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
- 30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
- 50% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the travelling date.
- 75% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
- 100% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
- No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
- Himalayan Bhraman have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 35% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Himalayan Bhraman will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
For Booking Confirmation, only 35% Of the Total Package Cost Must Deposited in Our Company’s Account. After Receiving the Payment, We Will Process Your Booking immediately. And Issue the Hotel Confirmation Voucher, Car Voucher, Volvo Ticket Voucher, Sightseeing Service Voucher & Other Service Vouchers to You ss An Attachment of PDF File. You Are Requested to Carry These Issued Documents Print-Out Copy with You in During the Trip. The Remaining 65% Of the Payment Must Be Submitted 10 day Before your Journey Date, Payment Can Be Made by Cash or Bank Transfer in Our Bank Account, QR code, UPI ID.
