Welcome to Himalayan Bhraman. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using our travel packages, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.
Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
Himalayan Bhraman reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.

2. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required to confirm tour bookings.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, hotel rates, taxes, or government regulations.
Any additional personal expenses during the tour must be paid directly by the traveler.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation date before departure.
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, hotel stays, or early departures.
In case of natural disasters, weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions, refunds will depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
Token/Advanced amount is non-refundable in any cases.
20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
50% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the travelling date.
75% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
100% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.

4. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proof and required travel documents.
For restricted areas such as Leh-Ladakh or Spiti Valley, permits and identification may be required.

5. Hotel & Transport

Hotels and room categories are provided as per package details and availability.
Check-in and check-out timings will follow hotel policies.
Transportation services are provided according to the itinerary.
Vehicle usage is limited to the itinerary schedule only.

6. Changes in Itinerary

Himalayan Bhraman reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:

Weather conditions
Road closures or landslides
Government restrictions
Safety concerns
Operational reasons

Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.

7. Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers are expected to:

Follow local laws and regulations
Respect local culture and environment
Maintain proper behavior during the tour
Take care of personal belongings

Any damage caused by travelers to hotel property, vehicles, or public property will be their responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Himalayan Bhraman acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for:
Delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party service providers
Natural disasters, weather issues, landslides, strikes, or political disturbances
Loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings
Flight/train delays or cancellations
Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance for added protection.

9. Website Usage

All website content including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Himalayan Bhraman.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction of website material is prohibited.

10. Privacy

By using our website and services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
