• 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
• 30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
• 50% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the travelling date.
• 75% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
• 100% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
• No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.
• No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
• Himalayan Bhraman have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 35% of the total tour Package Cost.
• In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Himalayan Bhraman will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

For Booking Confirmation, only 35% Of the Total Package Cost Must Deposited in Our Company’s Account. After Receiving the Payment, We Will Process Your Booking immediately. And Issue the Hotel Confirmation Voucher, Car Voucher, Volvo Ticket Voucher, Sightseeing Service Voucher & Other Service Vouchers to You ss An Attachment of PDF File. You Are Requested to Carry These Issued Documents Print-Out Copy with You in During the Trip. The Remaining 65% Of the Payment Must Be Submitted 10 day Before your Journey Date, Payment Can Be Made by Cash or Bank Transfer in Our Bank Account, QR code, UPI ID.
