On arrival at Jammu Railway Station/Airport, meet our representative & start journey towards Katra. Check into the hotel, then get assisted to take Yatra Parchi from Shrine Board Counter. Overnight stay.

Early morning, proceed to Vaishno Devi Shrine (approx. 13 km trek, pony/helicopter available at own cost). After Darshan, return to Katra hotel for overnight stay.

Drive to Pahalgam via Saffron fields, mountains and pine forests along the Lidder River. Enjoy local sightseeing, Pony Ride & River Rafting (own expenses, Apr-Jun). Overnight stay.

Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley & Chandanwari (own cost). Drive to Srinagar & transfer to Houseboat. Evening Shikara Ride on Dal Lake (own expenses). Dinner & overnight at houseboat.

- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

- All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
- Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token/Advanced amount is non-refundable in any cases.
- 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
- 30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
- 50% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the travelling date.
- 75% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
- 100% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
- No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
- Himalayan Bhraman have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 35% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Himalayan Bhraman will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
For Booking Confirmation, only 35% Of the Total Package Cost Must Deposited in Our Company’s Account. After Receiving the Payment, We Will Process Your Booking immediately. And Issue the Hotel Confirmation Voucher, Car Voucher, Volvo Ticket Voucher, Sightseeing Service Voucher & Other Service Vouchers to You ss An Attachment of PDF File. You Are Requested to Carry These Issued Documents Print-Out Copy with You in During the Trip. The Remaining 65% Of the Payment Must Be Submitted 10 day Before your Journey Date, Payment Can Be Made by Cash or Bank Transfer in Our Bank Account, QR code, UPI ID.
