Itinerary

Drive from Delhi to Haridwar. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Har Ki Pauri and witness the beautiful Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

After breakfast, drive towards Joshimath through the scenic Himalayan route. En route, witness Devprayag, Rudraprayag and Karnaprayag. Arrive at Joshimath, check in at the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.

Early morning drive to Sonprayag/Gaurikund. Trek (18 km) or take helicopter/pony/palki (optional). Visit Kedarnath Temple. Overnight stay in Kedarnath.
MEALS: DINNER ONLY
Enjoy a relaxing day exploring the natural beauty of Auli. Visit scenic viewpoints and enjoy optional activities such as skiing or short nature walks, depending on weather conditions. Spend quality time amidst the magnificent Himalayan landscape. Overnight stay.

- Cab (Swift Dzire) according to the itinerary (A/C will be turned off in hills).
- NGT Terms will apply for all vehicles.
- All applicable taxes.

- Pony, Palki, Doli or Helicopter Charges.
- VIP Darshan Charges.
- Entry Fees (if applicable).

- All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.
- Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.
- The packages offered by Himalayan Bhraman can be customized according to guest’s wish.
- To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.
- Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.
- To give better experiences to our guests, our company also rolls out special offers. This includes upgraded
- Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
- All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
- Token/Advanced amount is non-refundable in any cases.
- 20% Charge of the total Package booking on amendment/Plan Change.
- 30% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
- 50% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the travelling date.
- 75% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the travelling date.
- 100% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the travelling date.
- No. flexibility at the time of Travel in the plan.
- No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other BBH services.
- Himalayan Bhraman have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 35% of the total tour Package Cost.
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Himalayan Bhraman will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
For Booking Confirmation, only 35% Of the Total Package Cost Must Deposited in Our Company’s Account. After Receiving the Payment, We Will Process Your Booking immediately. And Issue the Hotel Confirmation Voucher, Car Voucher, Volvo Ticket Voucher, Sightseeing Service Voucher & Other Service Vouchers to You ss An Attachment of PDF File. You Are Requested to Carry These Issued Documents Print-Out Copy with You in During the Trip. The Remaining 65% Of the Payment Must Be Submitted 10 day Before your Journey Date, Payment Can Be Made by Cash or Bank Transfer in Our Bank Account, QR code, UPI ID.
