Welcome to Himalayan Bhraman! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.
1. Booking and Payments
1.1. To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment is required as per the specified package. 1.2. Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, or digital wallets. 1.3. Full payment must be made prior to the trip, as per the specified timeline. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. 2.2. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost. 2.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Changes to Itinerary
3.1. Himalayan Bhraman reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, natural disasters, or political events. 3.2. Any additional costs arising from itinerary changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Travel Documents and Visas
4.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable. 4.2. Himalayan Bhraman can assist with visa applications but is not liable for delays or rejections.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1. It is mandatory for travelers to have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal liabilities. 5.2. Himalayan Bhraman is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Travelers are responsible for their personal health and must disclose any medical conditions prior to booking. 6.2. Himalayan Bhraman reserves the right to deny participation if a traveler’s health condition poses a risk.
7. Liability
7.1. Himalayan Bhraman acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and is not liable for any service failure or unforeseen events. 7.2. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, transportation providers, or other third parties.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the environment during the trip. 8.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of the traveler’s participation without refund.
9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1. Any complaints during the trip must be communicated to our representative immediately for resolution. 9.2. Any disputes arising from the booking or trip shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State where the company is registered].
